Northbrook Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver skilled nursing care and clinical support. You will work closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to monitor residents and respond to treatment needs.

The role offers multiple shift options including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO and EAP.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN licensure.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
