Sullivan Healthcare & Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a day shift position in Sullivan, IL. Shifts available include 6 am–6 pm or 6 am–2 pm.

The ideal candidate will bring strong patient care skills, excellent communication, and teamwork to a multidisciplinary setting. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting in the EMR, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with physicians, families, and care partners to ensure high-quality care

Formación

• Valid LPN license with clinical healthcare experience.

Job Overview

We seek a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team for a day shift opening. Hours available are 6 am - 6 pm or 6 am - 2 pm. Duties

Experience

• Qualified candidates should possess a valid LPN license and relevant clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with a strong understanding of medical documentation practices and ability to navigate electronic health record systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with patients, families, and team members.
