Job summary

The Laurels of Fulton is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated care team. This full-time day shift (6:00am-6:30pm) and full+part-time night option (6:00pm-6:30am) position offers a sign-on bonus and a rewarding environment in which you support guests in skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation services.

You will supervise CNAs and ensure safe medication administration, assess guests, and contribute to care plans.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care services and education for guests.
• Supervise CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions.
• Assess guests’ health and communicate changes to the physician; implement orders.
• Contribute to assessment and development of plans of care.
