Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in New Jersey is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities. Hourly wages range from $32.00 to $39.00, with eligibility for tuition reimbursement, a referral and sign-on bonus, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN license.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to care for multiple patients in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per plan of care and physician orders.
• Follow care plans created by Nurse Manager and team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly to supervising staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per orders and standards.
• Support a safe, respectful environment for residents and families.
