Job summary

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program.
- Active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
- Minimum 1 year skilled nursing experience preferred.
- CPR certification at hire or during orientation; must remain current.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
- Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
- Deliver quality nursing care in compliance with laws and Life Care standards.
