Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document residents' health, vital signs, and responses.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide nursing care including wound and catheter care; daily living help.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs and staff for coordinated care.
• Educate residents and families about health management.
• Ensure care follows regulatory and facility guidelines.
• Respond to emergencies with critical care when needed.
• Assist in training and supervising CNAs.
