Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Auburn, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team delivering quality patient care. You will monitor patients, report changes, assign tasks to CNAs, and provide supervision according to Life Care standards and regulations.

This position requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, an active LPN license in good standing, CPR certification, and prior skilled nursing experience is preferred; a sign-on bonus is included.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN/LVN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• At least 1 year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation and kept current.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties, instruct, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Provide care in accordance with Life Care standards and applicable laws.
