Job summary

The Bristal at North Woodmere is seeking a compassionate LPN Supervisor to oversee a team in the Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community. You will mentor nurses, HHAs, resident care aides and medication technicians, and supervise medication administration and MARs while ensuring residents' ADLs are met with dignity and safety.

As shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will lead with kindness and professionalism, following policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Active LPN license and CPR certification.
• Experience supervising staff in assisted living or similar.
• Ability to manage medications and MARs/doctors' orders.
• Strong caring, reliable and observant approach.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and procedures, and adherence to the Director of Wellness instructions.
• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience.
• You must have an active LPN certification and be driven by a genuine desire to improve residents’ quality of life.
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Must be caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MARs and doctors' orders.
• Excel in prioritizing, multi-tasking and work independently.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisortooversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community. Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications - all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home. The loving care and professionalism you bring to the services you provide are fundamental to the quality of life and the general wellbeing of our residents every day.

Additional responsibilities include:
