Job summary

305 West End Assisted Living is hiring a compassionate LPN Shift Supervisor for Thursday–Saturday, 8am–8:30pm (37.5 hours) on-site in New York, NY. You will oversee a team of nurses and aides, supervise medication administration, and support residents with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community. Acting as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, you will provide caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) as well as in the administration of their medications — all while leading the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness. Your role is essential to the care and safety of residents who choose to call 305WEA home. The loving care and professionalism you bring to the services you provide are fundamental to the quality of life and the general wellbeing of our residents every day.
