- Current Illinois Nursing License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants and support staff on your shift.
- Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
- Prepare written and oral reports/recommendations concerning shift activities.
- Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required and provide leadership to nursing personnel on your unit/shift.
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information including PHI.
- Monitor safety and ensure compliance with equipment and supplies.
