The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Centre is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in Bay Park, NY. You will supervise shifts and ensure high-quality resident care. Shifts include 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, or 11pm-7am, with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State.
• Strong nursing knowledge and regulatory standards.
• Team player and cooperative with co-workers.
• Able to lead unit in the absence of the Unit Manager.
• Strong communication with physicians, supervisors and staff.
• Must be computer literate and possess strong organizational skills.
