Job summary
STRATFORD COMMONS MEMORY CARE COMMUNITY in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to ensure quality nursing care and resident safety. You will supervise nursing staff during your shift and coordinate care with physicians to meet clinical goals.

Qualifications
- Must have active, and in good standing, Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
- Prior experience as an LPN in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure delivery of nursing care and positive clinical outcomes while maintaining resident/family satisfaction.
- Direct nursing care during assigned shift and oversee staff assignments.
- Mentor and educate nursing personnel; collaborate with physicians and other professionals.
