Qualifications

• A valid and un-encumbered state Nursing License.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a bonus, and a collaborative spirit is essential.
• 1 or more years of experience as an LPN.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in a safe, comfortable at-home environment.
• Administer medications and treatments per personalized care plans.
