Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to residents in our Illinois community. The LPN will work within the scope of the state Nurse Practice Act, contribute to individualized care plans, and supervise assigned staff during shifts.

The role emphasizes compassionate resident care, collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional resident and family

Qualifications

• Active, in-good-standing LPN license in the state of practice.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities
