Presbyterian SeniorCare Network's Longwood at Oakmont in Verona, PA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, non-exempt day shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM). The role focuses on coordinating, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for residents in a Life Plan Community.

Starting pay ranges from $26.50 to $32.50 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits like earned wage access, health coverage, PTO, disability and life insurance, retirement plan with company match,

Qualifications

• Holds an LPN license in good standing from the State of PA.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing and Dementia Care is preferred.
• Ability to work well with people and show enthusiasm and motivation.
• Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills.
• Desire to contribute to a compassionate, resident-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for a designated group of residents.
• Provides leadership and direction to CNAs and other caregivers.
• Delivers care in accordance with policies, procedures, and PA Nurse Practice Act.
• Collaborates with residents, families, and the care team to ensure quality care.
