Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and obtain LPN license.
- Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
- Experience with IV therapy/management as applicable by state requirements.
- Pre-licensure program with supervised clinical experience across lifespan.
- Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license and maintains required competencies.
Responsabilités
- Provide professional nursing care for residents under supervision.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Assist in assessment and care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
- Document resident interactions and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents and families.
