Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Windsor Estates of St. Charles. You will deliver compassionate nursing care to residents, coordinate shifts, mentor staff, and collaborate with physicians to achieve positive clinical outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license in the state, has experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings, and demonstrates strong communication and professional presentation. We offer competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active and in-good-standing LPN license in the state of practice.
• Prior experience as an LPN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Professional image in appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with standards of practice and regulatory requirements to residents and families.
• Operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act.
• Oversee resident care during assigned shift, including staff assignments, mentoring and education, and coordination with physicians and other professionals.
