Job summary

Blue Ridge Therapy Connection in Stuart, VA is seeking licensed practical nurses for full-time, part-time, or per diem positions in a top-rated long-term care and skilled nursing facility. Shifts available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, with competitive hourly pay and access to daily pay.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.
