Job summary

Avita Health System is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Pain Management Department at Galion, Bucyrus, and Ontario locations. You will assist the surgeon during operative and invasive procedures and ensure the suite is prepared for each procedure.

Responsibilities include monitoring instrument PAR levels, working in the clinic when not in procedures, and contributing to staff meetings and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Qualifications

Required:

• BLS certification or obtained within thirty (30) days of hire.
• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Preferred:

• One (1) year of work experience in the Operating Room.
