Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide private duty nursing for students with medical needs, including care for trachs, vents, G-tubes, seizures, and diabetic management.

The role may involve transporting with the patient to and from school, requiring correct licensure and current certifications. We offer competitive hourly pay, weekly paychecks, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must hold current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Must have a current Health Certificate per facility.
• Must have a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Must have a current BLS card.
• One year LVN/LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, diabetic care, etc.).
• May ride the bus to and from school with the patient.
