Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking an LPN/LVN to provide one-on-one nursing care in a school setting. You will deliver care for students with medical needs such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, diabetes care, and may accompany students on bus transport.

Requires active LPN/LVN licensure in PA, valid Health Certificate, PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS. Experience preferred. Benefits include competitive pay, weekly paychecks, health benefits, PTO and a 401(k).

Qualifications
