Job summary

Alumus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care, assess patient needs, and implement personalized care plans. The role emphasizes evidence-based nursing and holistic patient support in a patient-friendly home setting.

The position welcomes new grads and requires an active RN license and CPR. Prior LTC/SNF/Rehab experience is preferred. Flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits accompany this on-site opportunity in the Scottsdale area.

Qualifications

• Prepares clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferenceson his/her patients in a timely manner as per Agency policy.

Qualifications

• Newly credentialed grads are welcome to apply.
• Prior to date of hire, must hold a current, valid RN license or temporary RN license through the State Board of Nursing, or hold a compact RN license. Must maintain valid licensure to practice as a RN.
• CPR required.
• Recent licensed experience in LTC/SNF/Rehab strongly preferred.
