Job summary

Benedictine Health System in Owatonna, MN is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our resident-centered care team. You will provide evidenced-based care under the supervision of RNs, focusing on relationship-based care and quality outcomes.

The role requires current LPN licensure, English proficiency, and a willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support our residents’ comfort, dignity, and daily living needs. Evening/overnight shifts may apply with differential.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.
