Star Pediatrics by Abound Health is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to deliver 1:1 skilled nursing to pediatric patients in home care across New Jersey. This role covers day, evening and overnight shifts with paid training and 24/7 clinical support.

A $1,000 trach/vent bonus is offered for eligible cases, and the base pay ranges from $33 to $45 per hour. Qualified candidates hold a valid New Jersey RN or LPN license and are dedicated to pediatric care.

LPN/RN Pediatric Homecare - Bergen County + $1K

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing for our pediatric patients with complex medical conditions in the home for day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $33-$45 per hour (Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay).

Benefits: (For employees working 30 hours or more on average per week. Which begin on your 60th day of employment following first of the month).

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable nursing standards, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment.
• Demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
• Deliver respectful and compassionate care to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Provide patient and caregiver education.
• Follow additional requirements outlined on a per-case basis and during agency orientation upon hire.
