Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking RN/LPN nurses to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children in PA. Join a nurse-founded, clinically led organization with strong values and 24/7 clinical support.

You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, educate families, and follow individualized care plans in patients’ homes. Flexible shifts, paid training, and fast onboarding are available to start quickly.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania).
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Ability to provide care in a home setting.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Pennsylvania)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Ability to provide care in a home setting

Preferred:

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN
• 8-16 hour shifts available
