Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for our Pediatric Private Duty Nursing division in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. You will provide one-on-one skilled care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes, following physician orders and ensuring safety and comfort.

We welcome both experienced pediatric clinicians and nurses eager to learn specialized home-care skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice.
• Pediatric or home-care experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Strong critical thinking, communication and dependable follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care per physician plan of care.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs and patient status.
• Manage equipment such as G-tubes, tracheostomies, or ventilators as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Private Duty Nursing division. In this role, you provide dedicated, one-on-one skilled care to pediatric and young adult patients with specialized medical needs, allowing them to remain safe and supported in their own homes.

We welcome experienced pediatric clinicians as well as nurses eager to learn specialized home-care skills. Every nurse receives comprehensive, hands-on clinical training before taking their first independent shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered plan of care.
• Administer medications, perform skilled treatments, and monitor vital signs and patient status.
• Manage specialized medical equipment (e.g., G-tubes, tracheostomies, or ventilators, based on specific patient needs).
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the patient’s family, interdisciplinary care team, and clinical supervisors.
