Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one pediatric and young adult home care. This role includes hands-on clinical training before your first independent shift, with comprehensive benefits for both full-time and part-time staff.

The position offers weekday days, competitive pay, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees, plus 24/7 clinical support and paid training to support patient-specific care plans.

Formación

• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of practice.

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Private Duty Nursing division. In this role, you provide dedicated, one-on-one skilled care to pediatric and young adult patients with specialized medical needs, allowing them to remain safe and supported in their own homes.

We welcome experienced pediatric clinicians as well as nurses eager to learn specialized home-care skills. Every nurse receives comprehensive, hands-on clinical training before taking their first independent shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered plan of care
• Administer medications, perform skilled treatments, and monitor vital signs and patient status
• Manage specialized medical equipment (e.g., G-tubes, tracheostomies, or ventilators, based on specific patient needs)
