Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth is seeking compassionate RNs and LPNs to provide one-on-one in-home pediatric care in Hanahan, SC and surrounding areas. The role emphasizes building strong relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality care according to physician orders and care plans.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) with days, nights, and weekend shifts, plus 24/7 support and ongoing training to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license (South Carolina)
• Licensure at least 1 year prior to application

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
• Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
• Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams
• Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes

Angels of Care Pediatric HomeHealth is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults.

This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting.

What You’ll Do

• Pediatric or home health experience
• Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube)

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
