Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking dedicated home health nurses to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in patients’ homes across the Saint Peters area. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and perform physician-ordered treatments while educating families and coordinating with the clinical team.

We offer flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time opportunities, paid training, ongoing clinical support, and mileage reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois RN or LPN license (or Compact license)
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate and dependable
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes.
• Administer and manage medications.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Educate, encourage, and support family members.
