Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice seeks dedicated nurses to provide compassionate, one-on-one home nursing in patients’ homes across Missouri. You will administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and perform treatments as ordered, while educating families and coordinating with the Phoenix clinical team to ensure exceptional care.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for full-time or part-time employment, along with paid training and ongoing clinical support to help you

Qualifications

• Active license in Missouri as RN or LPN (or Compact license)
• Strong assessment and communication skills are essential
• Must be compassionate, dependable and self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes
• Administer and manage medications
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Perform treatments as ordered by the physician
• Educate and support families/caregivers
• Collaborate with Phoenix clinical team to ensure quality care
