Advantage Nursing Services is seeking home care nurses to provide one-on-one care in Ava, MO. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available, with flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Daily duties include implementing care plans, monitoring vitals, and supporting patients and families at home.

Applicants must hold an active MO nursing license and current CPR certification. Competitive hourly pay of $30–$35 with benefits and 24/7 RN support. Start date immediate.
