Benedictine is seeking a dynamic and compassionate LPN to join our team in White Bear Lake, MN. You will provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to our residents and support care plans developed by RNs.

The role emphasizes Relationship Based Care, initial data collection on residents, and collaboration to implement person-driven care. Current MN LPN licensure in good standing and strong English communication are required; clinical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
