Southern Health Partners, Inc. is seeking an LPN Medical Service Coordinator or RN Medical Team Administrator at Halifax County Jail, NC. This role leads a nursing team, coordinates clinical services, and helps keep daily healthcare operations running smoothly in a secure correctional setting.

The position offers a 12-hour day shift rotation with EVO weekends and a starting pay of $32/hour, up to $38/hour for RN, plus sign-on and retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing leadership or supervisory roles.
• Prefers experience in correctional or secure healthcare settings.
• Ability to lead a nursing team and coordinate clinical workflows.
