Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to our residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Collaborate with STNAs, nurses, physicians, and other members of the care team.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Respond to resident needs throughout the night and provide appropriate clinical interventions.
• Follow all facility policies, procedures, and state and federal regulations.

What You'll Do
