Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking LPNs and RNs to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing in the homes of children and young adults with complex medical needs. You will focus on one patient at a time, offering skilled nursing care and building trusting relationships with families.

We support physicians and families with hands-on training, flexible shifts (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN), and a commitment to work-life integration.

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – we provide hands‑on training
• Passion for patient-centered care
