Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is hiring LPNs and RNs in Joplin and surrounding communities, including Purdy, MO, to provide private duty nursing with 1:1 patient care. Trade hospital chaos for a focused, home-based role where you care for one patient and one family.

Weekends and overnights offer premium pay, with weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits. We’ll support you with paid training and clinical supervision while you make a meaningful difference at home.

Qualifications

• Must hold LPN or RN licensure.
• Experience in private duty or home health is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to a single patient in the home.
• Coordinate with family and care team to ensure safe, effective care.
