Job summary

Advantage Nursing Services is seeking homecare nurses for day shifts in Columbia, MO. Flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN hours are available immediately with weekly pay and benefits. Salary ranges are $30–$35 per hour, with 24/7 RN support and a strong focus on work/life balance.

We serve patients across Missouri and Illinois, offering paid vacation, direct deposit, and a nurse referral bonus program. Current MO nursing license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active MO nursing license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to perform one-on-one patient care per the physician care plan.
• Comfort with home health care environments.

Responsibilities

• 1 on 1 patient care.
• Provide nursing care in accordance with the physician's care plan.
• Monitor patient's condition and maintain patient charts.
• Assist patient in daily activities.
• Take and record vitals.
• Provide caregiver relief.
