Job summary
Advantage Nursing Services is seeking Homecare Nurses to work in Troy, MO with flexible day or evening shifts. We have full-time, part-time, and PRN hours available immediately, with weekly pay and benefits.
You will provide one-on-one nursing care at patients' homes, follow physician care plans, monitor conditions, document charts, take vitals, and support caregivers.
Qualifications
- Active MO nursing license is required.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Ability to provide 1-on-1 patient care and follow care plans.
Responsibilities
- 1 on 1 Patient Care.
- Provide nursing care per physician's care plan.
- Monitor patient's condition and document charts.
- Assist patient in daily activities.
- Take and record vitals.
- Provide caregiver relief.
