Villa is seeking part-time MN licensed nurses to join our rehabilitation-focused skilled nursing team. You will conduct daily rounds, supervise nursing assistants, and administer and document residents' care and treatments to support healing and safe return to the community.

Qualifications include Minnesota LPN or RN license in good standing, strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to patient-centered care. A $2,000 hiring bonus is offered to new hires.

Job Description

Qualifications

• Compliance with all requirements set forth company policy, state/federal regulations and within the company's compliance program.
• The ability to comprehend and follow directions as appropriate given by the company, supervisory personnel and in compliance with physicians orders. Acts as an advocate for the patient.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of services provided in order to meet regulatory requirements, company policy and to ensure reimbursement for services provided.
• Currently licensed in Minnesota as an LPN or RN and in good standing
• Able to anticipate needs of day and prioritizes needs.
• Possess good observation skills.
• Able to be self-directed, yet works well as a team.
• Possess a positive and caring attitude toward residents, co-workers and visitors.
