Job summary

Givens Aldersgate is seeking Full-Time Nurses to join their Skilled Nursing Facility in Charlotte, NC. This role involves providing direct and indirect resident care, performing complex nursing tasks, and documenting resident information.

The position offers a salary range of $31-$44 per hour, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including major medical insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, and educational assistance.

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license is required.
• Experience in senior living preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect resident care.
• Perform complex tasks such as catheterizations and wound care.
• Assist RN in observing and assessing resident’s condition.
• Document resident-related information in the EMR system.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and arranging patient transportation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Aldersgate is looking for Full‑Time Nurses to support our Skilled Nursing Facility! This position will be responsible for providing direct and indirect resident care. We are looking to fill 2nd shift (3p‑11p)

What you’ll do:

• Perform complex tasks for residents such as catheterizations, sterile dressings and treatments, and colostomy irrigations
• Assist RN in observing and assessing resident’s total condition
• Assist in processing of physician’s orders
• Document appropriate resident‑related information such as problems, assessments, or changes in EMR system
• Assist in scheduling appointments and arranging patient transportation
• Perform any other duties as assigned by designated supervisor

What you’ll need:

• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
• Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license
• Experience in senior living preferred, but not required

Compensation is $31.00 - $34.00 per hour for LPNs and $38.00 - $44.00 per hour for RNs, based on background and experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package and sign‑on bonus!
