Job summary

People, Incorporated seeks a dedicated LPN Weekend Warrior for our 24-hour residential program in the Taunton area serving the Southcoast community, including Fall River. The LPN will deliver premier nursing services to medically involved individuals in a supported home setting and ensure care aligns with individual plans.

The role requires MA LPN or RN licensure, background check, driver’s license, and TB screening with updates.

Qualifications

• MA state valid LPN or RN license.
• Criminal background check and a valid driver’s license required.
• TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured daily routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, family visitations, and medication distribution while upholding human rights.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the ISP.
• Occasionally use de-escalation and crisis management techniques to maintain safety.
