BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking nurses for our Nurse Residency pathway in Delaware. This role emphasizes one-on-one patient care, hands-on training, and career development from day one.

Qualified candidates have a current U.S. nursing license and have graduated from an approved nursing program. BAYADA offers pay incentives, ongoing training, and resources to support new graduates as they begin practicing in home health care.

Requirements:

• Current valid nursing license in U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program

Pay: LPN NRP pay starts at $27/hour first 6 weeks,$30-$40/hour after 90 days.
