BAYADA Home Health Care in Passaic, NJ is looking for passionate individuals to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program offers the ONLY paid residency for new graduates in home care accredited by ANCC. Candidates must hold an active New Jersey LPN license and have completed an accredited nursing program. With a focus on quality care, BAYADA provides comprehensive training, flexibility in scheduling, and robust benefits including medical, dental, and 401K. Competitive hourly rates range from $28.00 to $30.00.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License required.
• Full Time Availability (36+ Hours Weekly Including Days, Evenings, and Weekends).
• Comfortable commuting throughout Passaic County.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
