Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.
• LPN licensure in the hiring state of Missouri is required.
• Certification in ACLS, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, and BLS may be required or obtained within probation.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision of an RN.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Participate in unit-specific care and pursue additional certifications such as peritoneal dialysis or chemotherapy where offered.
