Lake Port Square in Leesburg, FL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a premier senior living community where your care makes an impact. You will provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents, collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to support independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing services.

Ideal candidates hold a Florida LPN license, have at least 6 months of nursing experience, and demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Florida LPN license in good standing
• Minimum of 6 months nursing experience preferred
• Experience in senior care/long-term care/rehabilitation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely
• Provide nursing treatments including wound care and other skilled nursing interventions

What We're Looking For

• Current Florida LPN License in good standing
