Job summary

Bradford Health Services, LLC is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor vitals within recovery and behavioral health settings. This role emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support long-term recovery

The LPN will maintain detailed patient records, educate patients and families, and participate in care planning to improve outcomes across diverse healthcare settings in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Strong nursing knowledge and patient education techniques.
• Ability to comply with healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Preferred: knowledge of substance abuse and behavioral health care.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance abuse facilities preferred.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
• Certification in addiction counseling or related recovery credentials is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Support patients through recovery by applying knowledge of substance abuse and behavioral health principles.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication management, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions to RNs and physicians promptly.
• Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes patient well-being and recovery.
