Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking an LPN to join our team for PRN day shifts in a regulated, patient-centered environment. You will support residents with daily living activities and medication administration, while documenting care plans and ensuring safety.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN/LVN license in Tennessee and have experience in long-term care. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to contribute to quality care in a respected senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license for the state where placement is located.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
• Strong communication and accurate documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment.
• Monitor residents per physician care plans and document responses.
• Administer medications and manage the medicine supply room.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.

• Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
• Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician as well as documenting responses to care plans.
• Nurses also administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
• LPN or LVN License Required per state regulations.
