Progressive Care Center in Canon City, CO is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN day/night shifts. You will provide compassionate nursing care, monitor residents, and supervise CNAs to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Assess and document residents’ findings, develop care plans, and communicate with the physician.
• Provide direct nursing care during emergencies to preserve life and comfort residents.
• Educate residents and families about health maintenance and prevention.
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to all assigned residents.
• Administer medications and supervise CNAs on the floor.
• Notify RN Supervisor of changes in resident conditions.
