Job summary

Locust Ridge Nursing Home in Williamsburg, OH, is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our team on a PRN basis. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to residents in a warm, welcoming environment.

As an LPN, you will assist with daily living activities, ensure resident rights are upheld, and support staff in providing compassionate care. This position offers flexibility and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Certification as an LPN (Licensed Practical Nursing) required.
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift, and transfer residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Assist in daily care of residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, transferring, repositioning, and other activities of daily living.
• Promote and protect resident rights, treat residents with dignity and respect, protect resident’s personal belongings, and report suspected abuse or neglect.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
