Benedictine Health System is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our compassionate team in Belleville, IL. You will provide patient-centered, evidence-based care to our residents and support care planning under the guidance of RNs.

Qualificações

• Current State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
• English literacy required for reading/writing/communication.
• Clinical experience preferred.

Overview

Responsibilities

• The LPN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
• The LPN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
• The LPN participates in implementing person driven care plans as developed by RN.

Qualifications
